Your love deserves more than documentation, it deserves cinema.
Adirondack Wedding Videography
Your wedding film should be something you actually want to watch, not a two-hour recording you watch once out of obligation and then bury in a hard drive. That's the difference between wedding videography and cinematic wedding videography. We create films that tell your story with the same artistic intention you'd expect from a movie: intentional camera movement, beautiful composition, thoughtful editing, and music that amplifies the emotion already present in your day.
What Cinematic Wedding Videography Actually Means
Cinematic isn't just a marketing buzzword, it's a specific approach to filming and editing. We shoot on professional cinema cameras that allow shallow depth of field, which creates that blurred background look you associate with films. We use gimbals and sliders for smooth, intentional camera movement rather than shaky handheld footage. We capture high-quality audio with wireless microphones so you can actually hear your vows, not just see them happen.
The editing process is where cinema truly happens. We're not chronologically stitching together every moment of your day. We're selecting the most meaningful moments, pacing them to build emotion, choosing music that enhances (not distracts from) your story, and color grading everything to create a cohesive aesthetic. The result feels like a film made about your wedding, not a recording of it.
Who This Is For
Our ideal clients are couples who value storytelling and emotional documentation over formality and perfection. You care about how your wedding feels, not just how it looks. You'd rather have a film that captures your grandmother crying during your first dance than ten minutes of posed family photos. You appreciate good cinematography. Maybe you notice when a TV show or movie has beautiful camera work, and you want that level of craft applied to your own story.
You're planning a wedding in upstate New York (Lake George, Saratoga Springs, Albany, the Adirondacks, the Hudson Valley, the Capital Region) or you're willing to bring us to wherever you're celebrating. You're probably investing in other creative vendors, a talented photographer, a great florist, maybe a band instead of a DJ, because you understand that the quality of your wedding experience matters.
You don't need to be comfortable on camera. In fact, most of our couples say they feel awkward being filmed. That's fine. Our job is to make you forget we're there so the real moments can happen naturally.
What's Included in Our Wedding Videography
Every package includes a highlight film, typically 3–9 minutes long depending on the package you choose, this is the film you'll share with everyone and rewatch on anniversaries. It's edited to music and includes the most emotionally significant moments of your day: getting ready, first look (if you do one), ceremony, key reception moments, toasts, and dancing.
You also receive a full ceremony edit, which is exactly what it sounds like: your entire ceremony from processional to recessional, fully edited with multiple camera angles (if you have two videographers), clean audio, and color correction. Plus an edit of all toasts and speeches, which families always appreciate having.
Everything is delivered in 4K quality through an online gallery where you can stream, download, and share with anyone you want. No restricted viewing periods, no forced watermarks, no upsells for "premium" access. You own the footage.

We believe the best films start with genuine connection. Here's what working with us looks like from start to finish.
You reach out via our contact form or email. We schedule a video call (or in-person meeting if local) to discuss your wedding, date, venue, what you're envisioning, what matters most to you. We show you full sample films from similar weddings. This conversation helps us understand if we're the right fit for each other.
01
Initial Contact & Consultation
If you want to move forward, we send a contract and invoice for a 30% deposit. Once signed and paid, your date is secured. Leading up to the wedding, we stay in touch about timeline details, special moments you want captured, and any logistical coordination with your venue or photographer.

Wedding Day Coverage
We arrive when coverage begins (typically during getting ready or 1–2 hours before the ceremony). We work unobtrusively, capturing moments as they unfold. We coordinate with your photographer to ensure we're both getting what we need without getting in each other's shots.
After your wedding, we spend weeks editing your footage. The highlight film comes first, selecting the best moments, editing to music, color grading, refining audio. Then we complete the ceremony and toasts edits. Once everything is finalized (typically 8–12 weeks post-wedding), you receive a private online gallery link with all your films.

Cinematic wedding videography uses professional cinema cameras, intentional camera movement (sliders, gimbals, drones), shallow depth of field for that film look, cinematic color grading, and thoughtful editing with music that enhances the emotional beats of your story. We're creating a film you'd watch like a movie, not a recording of events you'd fast-forward through.
-
Our Lake George wedding videography packages start at $3,400 for 5-hour coverage with a 3-5 minute highlight film. Premium packages ($3,900-$6,000) include drone footage of the lake, multi-camera ceremony coverage, and same-day edits. We build custom packages based on your specific needs and venue.

Standard turnaround is 8-10 weeks from your wedding date.

You can provide input on musical style and mood, and we welcome song suggestions. However, we use properly licensed music through professional platforms to ensure your film won't be taken down from social media or streaming platforms due to copyright issues. Most couples trust our musical selection process—we've been doing this for years and know what works emotionally.
-
Lake George is one of the most popular wedding destinations in New York, especially from June through October. We recommend booking 9-12 months in advance for peak summer and fall dates. Winter and spring weddings often have more availability with 4-6 months notice.
-
Rain doesn't stop us. We bring gear to protect our equipment and have filmed beautiful weddings in every weather condition. Rain can actually create incredible cinematic moments (umbrella portraits, dramatic skies). We work with you and your venue to adapt the timeline and find creative solutions. That said, we can't fly drones in heavy rain or high winds for safety reasons.
